Just had Murray's Lotus take a look at a few issues with the LBC. Yet again Craig and Calum have gone above and beyond to help me out. Got them to do a 10k service while it was in and it's come back running beautifully, with loads of little touches that make me feel good (full valet, painted the rusty bits of the discs, a few little niggles sorted as freebie jobs.) They couldn't be better to deal with either. I've never experienced such genuine, competent, humorous, helpful people in a main dealers before. Every time too! Calum and Craig really know their way around the VX and every hunch and diagnosis made to date has been spot on. They even save me a few quid through useful advice on sourcing pars, etc. Can't recommend them highly enough.
