Hi,

im running a set of these in my seven, i want to know what the limit is for them, and what the next step up is cheaply if possible.

currenty running 3,5 bar static with 1-1 rising rate fuel pressure, max boost of 1 bar maybe 1.5 in the future @ 1 bar engine is making 340bhp

im due back at the roller next month and want to have it right with a little bit on the safe side ideally i would like to keep them but i dont want them running at 100%

i think i remember nev having some black ones for sale that he used at a lower power but not sure if they were longer as i dont really have room to move the fuel rail outwards

Measured static flows: (on MarkV's injector flowbench)

Z20LET: 365cc/min @ 3.8Bar
LSJ: 406cc/min @ 3.8Bar
Blue VXR injectors: 442cc/min @ 3.8Bar

VXR 442cc/min@ 3.8 bar = 497cc/min@4.8 bar (1 bar of boost)

VXR 442cc/min@ 3.8 bar = 522cc/min@5.3 bar (1.5 bar of boost)

According to the injectorcalculator you can push 290 bhp@ 80% DC @ 522cc/min on a SC engine or 265 bhp@ 80% DC @ 522cc/min on a Turbo engine.

According to the injectorcalculator you can push 360 bhp@ 100% DC @ 522cc/min on a SC engine or 330 bhp@ 100% DC @ 522cc/min on a Turbo engine.

Siemens 630cc/min injectors. Good for approx. 425 to 450 BHP on a T/C'ed car.

Yes, and you want the EV1 connectors. They have the same form factor, O-rings etc etc and will swap out without problems.
