Is it the access you are struggling with or the stiffness of removal? If it is anything like mine the rubber may have perished a bit and kinda fused / melted itself against the metal collar slightly. I prised up the edge of the pipe and injected a lubricant up underneath and then worked it around as best I could which eventually helped it to be pulled off.
Access is as good as I gets. Got the turbo ear, wheel arch and bottom tray removed. "Sadly" mine is in perfect condition so very hard to get anything between the hose and the pipe.

Also if you can see if it is any easier having just driven / run the car.
Thats not an option, the car is in bits in the garage But I will try warming up the pipe.
Hot water will soften/expand the hose.
I will try that or a hair dryer...
Different hose but this what I did with mine. Used a syringe with oil in pushed up under the edge you only need to prise a very small amount up with a flat head screwdriver to get a bit underneath. A little goes a long way and it helped a lot with sliding it off. Also squeeze as close to the end as you can (use adjustable pliers or G clamp) and twist side to side as you pull and it should help shuffle it off. Failing that cut the bastard thing off (small slit on top of the connector to start) and either hope you've got enough slack to rejoin it or have a spare at the ready.
Thanks, to cut will be my last resort
