I contacted Courtenay last week about mods for the VX220 16V as I heard there were some for the Turbo but not the 16V, I have today rcvd this response:- Hi, thanks for enquiry, we have a stainless steel sports tailbox the cost is £395, we have some cams which inconjuction with a remap give 14bhp, the cost is £900. We also have a modified cylinder head that gives 9 bhp. In 3 weeks time we will have finished developing a 4 branch manifold and sports cat, and a bit further down the line we will have a new inlet manifold. I hope this is of some help. Let me know if you need any more info. Regards Jon Shield Typically I gave the go ahead yesterday for the Vauxhall Sports Exhaust!!! :beat:

I had a good chat with Jon yesterday and he's keen to get involved with the club/site. They've got a few ideas for both the NA/VXT which sound interesting.

Sounds interesting. I like the cams and head approach to power. If the inlet manifold is as bad as Regal claim, I wonder where this Courtenay solution will end. They did work on my Nova GTE a few years back and I was very happy with that... Paul
