Can anybody give me any advice on removing a out fiberglass sill in one piece

a hot knife and plenty of sharp long knife blades will help, but you will most likely cause some damage to the panel - but should be easy to fix. 

 

you will need to remove both clams and the door to gain access.

One of those L-shaped screen knives would be useful.  thumbsup

If you can get at the aluminium to heat that the primer for the glue fails fairly easily.  It's how you get a crashbox off in one piece.  Don't got mad though as you can ruin the alu.

Got it off in one piece with no damage blowtorch and long knife and a knife made into a chisel I think preheating the chassis to 34c helped today.
