Massive thanks to Matty Gray for lending me his coil pack, car now idles cleanly, and revs nice and smoothly. Reading another thread, that owner found his cat was broken after replacing loads of bits. Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be better and i can take the car out on the road and give it a proper test drive.

Well i decided today id replace the belt tensioner, as i was sick of the squeak, Vocky kindly sold me a new coil pack, as well as a new OEM belt tensioner. Tensioner was fine, but noticed the exhaust was a little off, so as the car was up on stands anyway, thought id take a look. Turns out the pax side rear rubber has decided it had had enough.

As i was hoping to use the car tomorrow, and we had planned to have Wolfstones car in for a top had replacement, as well as Matty Gray's car in for some tinkering, i thought id ask Joe (Batman), and Neil, (Vocky) if they had one. Both Neil and Joe had some, but as Neil lives near me, he kindly left them on his door step for me to collect at 10.30pm. Hopefully tomorrow i can get up, put the car back together easily and get out in it in the afternoon.

Thought id do a minor update, as its been a while. Put my wheels in for a colour change at the end of March, and after a minor issue that delayed them, they cane back and look superb.

Spent a a few days giving the car a proper paint clense, and polish and wax, then a few days later caught the very edge of the wheel arch on the corner of the garage. So less than ideal, but il address it at some point, along with a few other cosmetic bits.

Took the car on track at Anglesey on the 3rd of June, and have to say it was epic. What a great place to go and see, and the track was superb. Took it up on the hill after and grabbed a couple of pics.

Also booked Croft's on the 23rd, so looking forward to that, less so the drive there and back.

As the sun is out in force, and wanting to protect everything, started to fit a fan switch, and decided the cup holder was so minging i wanted to do something about it.

Not perfect, but better than it was, and im fitting the fan switch just above the cigerette lighter port, not sure it will stay there, but we shall see how it goes.
