If you are using Win98SE or higher (W2K, XP etc.) you will not be able to delete the file anyway; if you still can delete the file, it will be installed again on the next reboot, 'cause windwos thinks that the file is so important that it has to be checked on reboot ...
BUT if you receive a file named JDBGMGR.EXE with an e-mail and you open that file, it IS possible that your Computer is with a virus called "W32/Magistr "

i have just got a message from the yahoo vx website reguarding a virus jdbgmgr.exe. is this legit or a fiddle to make you delete some of youre operating code. cheers ian
Oooooh bring back those days when a virus was harmless.
Wonder if it came from China?
