Some time ago my black VXR220 was assaulted my WVM (on the phone) and has since been carefully rebuilt by Steve Davis. Yesterday on its way to a VIC test in Steve's race trailer it was stolen (or the trailer was stolen with my car inside it) in the Middlewich area.

 

If anyone hears of the car or a load of VXR220 parts for sale pleeease get in touch.

Annie, do you have any pics of the car (And trailer I guess) you can post on here? I'll happily share on social media (Twitter mainly) and will of course keep my eyes and ear open.

So sorry to hear this.  The lowlifes won't have a clue what the car is, so I think you've a good chance of getting it back

Sad news, I don't think Ive heard of a VX half inched. I really hope you get it back and the low lifes get some time using a bucket.

Im local and pass through Middlewich daily so will keep an eye out. If it gets stripped for bits then one of us local VX owners will no doubt hear about it or even get offered the parts. It won't be an easy car to shift and who ever has it probably just thinks its a black old vauxhall.

Yep more coverage and I'm sure it'll be back pretty soon, as said before someone wanted the trailer amd I'm sure they didn't realise or were even interested that a vx220 was in the back. If it goes on Facebook then update this thread and I'll certainly make sure it's shared in the stoke on trent and Stafford area.

Terribly sorry to hear of your loss Annie...can't imagine how that feels other than worse than I, d care to imagine.
