As topic, is it just the spring rates that are different, on some aftermarket sites for coilovers they dont sometimes ask if its na or turbo, im assuming theres quite a difference due to weight, could you use turbo coilovers on an na for example?

Spring rates are a bit different but you can swap them round. Theres not a huge difference.

This. I'm sure I read somewhere that the tubby shocks are 5-9% softer. Not even noticeable.

Tubbies are harder due to additional lard (search is your friend) ...
