My car has boost surge when it is getting cold, but absolutely fine when the temperature is warmer. I have spoken to Courtney Motorsport on the phone, they think it could be a mapping issue and / or the actuator, but I need to get the car on some proper diagnostics and work out what is really going on. Courtney Motorsport is miles away, just wondering if there was anywhere closer that people would recommend in the Newbury / Reading area?

Analogue Automotive are also fairly local, I used them most recently and was very happy with the service/costs
For what you'll pay in extra travelling costs you'll save going that extra distance to a specialist who actually knows what and where to look (usually!)

Fair enough I assumed it shared the Z20LET, apparently has the Z20LER in the Lotus.
