I did a bit of searching this morning and found a few posts that conflict with one another. So thought I would update based upon the current facts I have from an email from Titan today.... Hope it helps... "We do still refurb racks, this is a £75 + VAT charge plus components that need to be replaced. We also offer a quick rack but I am afraid these are not interchangeable, so you would have to purchase a completely new unit."

They put bronze cups in for me without any issue but I supplied the bronze cups (from Seriously Lotus I think).

I have to admit I've never been very impressed with either my old or new Titan rack. Always seems to have play in it, even though they claimed it was correctly pre-loaded when I bought the new one. I don't know if I'm being finickity, but it seems to transmit a lot of vibration up to the steering wheel, though doing the steering column brace mod like might help with that.

The annoying thing is that mine doesn't have play, but the pull through load is too great at ~15kg making the steering heavy. Should be 6-9kg AFAIK

The column is poorly supported which leads to vibration and maybe some flex. A friend of mine down the road has made a mod that fixes it more firmly (which he read somewhere). I am  not sure whats involved exactly but I am meeting him in a few weeks when I come back from skiing - will ask him then.

We tried the Wakefield guys with one but they couldn't do it any cheaper or quicker than titan.
