as title really, waiting to get crank balanced,... would ideally like to have one fitted beforehand,... courtneys stopped doing them, TTV aren't doing them, RKSport don't list them any more... if anyone has one lying around...

They probably don't sell these anymore for a reason. 
Fit the standard crank-damper-pulley...
