Ok on After just nearly getting taken off the road by a twat with a vape machine in his hand and a car so full of smoke I wonder the doodah saw me at all Git to ask how within the law did this knob have any more control of the car than anyone using a mobile phone ? The machine is as big as a phone so means only driving with one hand plus reduced visibility due to the smoke Why do the police not bother with these fcuking twats 😡 over 😊

Sadly the world is not a balanced place

 

I can't count the number of times I wish I'd had a loud hailer under the bonet and a microphone in the cabin so I could give these twats a good bollocking !

Nope, the law is just an approximation of what some people we've never met in their ivory towers thinks approriate for the "average" person. It is vital, but it sure ain't carefully balanced.
