The best circuit in France, now with spaces for people not going on French Frolic http://www.lotus-on-...nt.php?eid=1015 Arguably the most fun you can have at a proper race circuit with your pants on! Ledenon is an anti-clockwise circuit providing a roller-coaster ride with steep crests and descents and a superb variety of swooping corners. Situated just a few miles from the ancient Roman towns of Nimes, Ales and Orange while the Pont du Gard is a few minutes away there really couldnt be a circuit placed better to take a few days to relax and sight see. Open Pit Lane what else would you want! Advanced level drivers only 10+ open pit lane race circuit track days please! Length: 3.151 kilometres Noise limit: 100db drive by at track side Format: open pit lane Price: £210/250 2nd Driver: FREE (3rd drivers not permitted) Passengers: FREE

Looks a fantastic circuit Steve but even for the hardcore EuroTrippers its just too far.

The shlep down to Dijon was bad enough !

Doable of you can blend it in to a further few days around the area, weather is pretty much guaranteed to be better than the storms we usually encounter at Dijon. IMO well worth doing, a very unusual and enjoyable circuit

The mileage is comparable to me going to the highland hoon , but at the end you are in the stunning South of France, the trip there is a bit better than M6, M74

For a change, rather than staying in Orange with all the other Frolicers at the Ibis Centre. I am looking at airbnb options further south as we will get a few extra days break between Dijon (Tuesday) and Ledenon (Friday).

Maybe somewhere south of Avignon , explore the area.
