Just a quick thanks to Chris and Jon at Jon Seal Sportscars for getting these puppies sorted for me over the past few weeks :)

Stripped and Blasted
RAL 5018 Powdercoat
Exige Bushes (Harder Durometer)
Delphi Ball Joints

aside from taking the p*ss regarding my choice colour (im glad they returned without pink dots, thanks Chris), the blokes were terrific. Job got done, things got packed well, and they did me an unbeatable price.

Thanks!

honestly best to ask them. Depends how much labour is involved (ie how fukced the old bushes and arms are etc), what spec of parts you want to use, whether the colour you want is a standard item (RAL 5018 isn't, and had to be ordered in) etc etc. details are above, just hit them up!

meanwhile, i thought a 'before' pic was in order :)

I want those wishbones so bad.

Is colour matching to ones chosen springs the new mode?

Looks like a good job, but I found that Delphi ball joints were oversized and over-bit into the wishbone. After installing just 1 Delphi joint I decided to buy the Elise Parts ball joints instead and they went in a good deal easier and did less damage to the wishbone. On inspection, the EP ones have a taper which is not serrated, which allows easier ability to initially get them lined up nicely.

HTH for anyone else sticking some ball joints in, its worth taking note.
