Hi all

thinking of getting back into a VX220 and wanted to go for a supercharger.

My ideals would include......

Not silver

Stage 2

Good history with timing chain replaced recently

Good paint (hated the osmosis when it appeared on my old one)

Turbo ears / turbo lights / turbo spoiler (or Exige)

Fezz heater upgrade

Diffuser

Carpeted

 

The above are not likely to all be on any one car, so I'm happy to not have all of them but the more the better.

 

I'm not quite in a position to buy yet as my Evo hasn't sold, but am on the look out now.

Sorry, my original post should have read as 'OR, if you fancy a swap with my Evo 5.......'

 

I'm not looking for a swap as I'm hoping to sell mine and then get a VX S/C, but if anyone was after an Evo we could come to an arrangement :-)

 

Like I say, if you're thinking of selling up in the near future just let me know the details....

Jonnyboy might even take your Evo 5 in part-ex, so worth giving him a call and he does stock some of the very best vx220s on the market

Silver is the best not the best in photos but when you stand next to it the colour emphasises all the angles and hides most the scratches and stone chips so stays looking young for longer. Also easy to clean.

Cheers for the heads up on a good trader Vocky. I'll bear him in mind when mine goes. Don't want to trade in with a dealer though as I would want retail price for mine rather than trade price. I fully appreciate that dealers need to make a living too and a decent profit would be needed on a trade in, but I've spent so much on mine over the last year to get it this good that I don't want to mug myself by letting it go so cheaply. Yup, had seen that one and it's very nice but won't waste anyone's time with viewings etc until my Evo is gone. Book marked it though ;-)
