Nearly ready for collection

All being well, I should collect it Monday, then it's straight to Auto Curators (ex Shine On) for paint detail and protection before PaintGuard come and fit the front end XPEL

Gonna be an exciting few weeks.
Pat @ Hofmanns has been fantastic to deal with.

All being well it will be at Rockingham, just not on track as it won't have done enough miles before first service (1000miles needed before it can be used properly).

Very nice, like the colour and lighter wheels, one of my fellow Lotus Anoraks brought a new 400 which he had on loan from Hedge End to our last evening gathering.

I really do like the more aggressive styling on the front of the Evora compared to the older one.

 don't start... where's Ken when you need him for stripe analysis  Lotus sent the car with stripe, but it may come off before the car is paint protected on Tuesday. We'll see.

Very very nice, really like the colour both inside & out 👍 although I may be a little biased in that respect😎😎. It will look even better in the flesh. Has JG been bashing your ears about black wheels yet? 😄😄😄, Hopefully we can get some shots of the 2 EBs side by side at Rockingham, once Sue has changed my wheels over 😎

Collection day today!!
What a day for it! (y)

Depth of colour in the Essex Blue is fantastic! From a deep dark rich blue, to a bright colourful lively blue. Amazing.

The sound when it starts, makes me grin every time.

It came with zero miles and now has 25

Since selling my late Esprit V8 I thought that was it with Lotus as nothing appealed. I also think Lotus can't make a new Esprit with Audi and now Honda on the mid engine scene. Having seen this in what I guess is Essex blue and the new aggressive styled front has got me thinking. The yellow one that turned up at our Anorak gathering had a black lower cill paint job/transfer which gave it a very 'pinched' look which again I liked.

Yep, that's the "black pack" with black mirrors, roof and sills. £1500 extra for black pack and whilst I'd have the sills done for the reason you say, it's an expensive option and I prefer the body colour roof. Might consider vinyl later for the sills, will see how well they hold up to stone chips. And yes you're right, it is Essex Blue (c179). Same as the Essex Espirit and more recently the Essex Evora S (3 made, PaulCP here has one).
