Looks lovely!

Awsome spec and great price.

If any potential buyer is put off by the front wing vents, I'll be happy to swap my standard front clam for this one after you buy it (same colour and great condition)

It will do Chris, I am waiting for a reply from Matthew Bentley about getting it booked in. Unfortunately I don't have the time to self diagnose.

No it wasn't the charge cooler, although it was cracked. After many hours of testing he discovered the coolant temperature circuit was interfering the the MAF circuit.

Jeeze, I bet that wasn't easy to determine. Glad it's sorted finally now. Very nasty little problem.

I am waiting for Chris to let me know the fault code. It certainly has nothing to do the the previous problem as the car wasn't drivable on boost with the MAF plugged in. She was faultless on the drive from Matts workshop to the port. Hats off to Matthew, he provided an excellent service and went beyond what was expected to get the car ready for its new owner on time.

Hi, indeed I am the new owner. I will update as soon as I have a moment to get a code reading as my old elm adapter didn't connect properly. Unfortunately travelling with work and family engagements most likely mean it won't be before mid next week.

I am sure you will enjoy this VX and when it works it will be fab. It's had plenty spent on it and has the makings of a really sorted car

However it seems this particular car is like difficult teenager and has been for quite a few years now :D

Good thing they don't stay teenagers forever :) I am dying to know what fault code the ecu will give...
