Don't you just need to disable signed driver enforcement to get it to install properly?

Windows 10 enforces driver signatures by default. This can be disabled to install drivers that are not digitally signed. Use the following steps to disable driver signature enforcement.

  • Click the Start Posted Image menu and select Settings.
  • Click Update and Security.
  • Click on Recovery.
  • Click Restart now under Advanced Startup.
  • Click Troubleshoot.
  • Click Advanced options.
  • Click Startup Settings.
  • Click on Restart.
  • On the Startup Settings screen press 7 or F7 to disable driver signature enforcement.

Your computer will restart and you will be able to install non-digitally signed drivers. If you restart your computer again the driver signature enforcement will be re-enabled.

the drivers i have didn't require me to do that, but there is absolutely no reason why that cant be tried first..

joe, try that and let us know if it worked.

sometimes its easier to just host win 7 / xp on a virtual box pc , rather than try a bother to make it run on a later os

I suggested this because it worked for me when I was having issues getting the drivers to install a few months back! :)

I'm not sure why you'd take IT advice from a guy who managed to double post said IT advice though haha! Oops!
