Received today 08/10 and fitted.

Is that marks 8 out of 10 or the date haha!!!

 

 

 Nice one, 8/10 is the date, 10/10 are the marks

  

Thanks, it sets the rocker cover off nicely    thumbsup

 

What's next on the 'to make' list ?

They are not painted they were either polished stainless or brushed stainless

That makes more sense haha

 

Its was primed with aluminium primer and coloured with ARTFX paint from halfords then about 5 coats of lacquer

No I masked that area off so that I wasn't sealing on the paint its been like it for a few months now and no leaks or peeling

Is there any particular type of double sided tape I need to use to stick these down? Assuming it has to be something that can withstand a bit of heat?

I used 3m double sided tape its not a specific heat proof tape but I've not had a problem with it coming loose

I used 3m double sided tape its not a specific heat proof tape but I've not had a problem with it coming loose

I painted mine with etch primer, followed by Halfords gloss black car paint, followed by lacquer- came out really well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Haha it's just a brand of paint that Halfords sell I like it because it goes on quite thick Cheers
