My original rubber hoses from the turbo charger to the intercooler and from the intercooler to the plenum are about to give up. I definitively want to switch to silicon hoses but I'm using a bigger intercooler.

Is there any other option than buying the samco hoses and to cut them for usage with the big intercooler? I really don't like the idea of buying new hoses and to cut them. How did those of you using a bigger intercooler solve this?

 

The usually offered samco kit does not include the hose from turbo charger to intercooler. Is that hose available from samco?

Get some alu intercooler pipes and hoses from Ebay and work around it. Works great and doesn't cost the world. Make sure to get some decent clamps and limit the number of bends and rubber hose connections.
