Hi all
Got a problem with my passenger window which I cannot seem to adjust correctly, am i right in saying that the window has 4 nylon bits with slots cut in that run up and down the metal runners which are adjustable, i only seem to have one on the rearmost (catch end) part of the glass and suspect that this is my problem .
A picture of a glass would be great.

Hi,
yes the glass has 4 nylon guides bonded to it. Unfortunately they don't sell the guides only as complete glass since they are supplied like that from the glass factory which is in South America....when one of mine snapped, I ended up getting a new side window from a breaker.
There was a chap on Seloc who had some made up a few years ago, he still had some knocking about but it turned out more expensive than getting the glass from a breaker.
You can see the white bits that are the guides if you google "Elise S2 window guides"on a pic from Lotustalk which it won't lt me paste right now.

Interesting - as i work in a college with an engineering workshop (see where I'm going here) i might be able to ask some kind person to make me one.
