Some person pulled out from behind a bus other day and collided head on with my sons car...resultant write off!

He needs a car to go to University each day a distance from home of 40 miles.

His written off car was a 1.2 Corsa, one little old lady owner from new, with 35,000 miles on the clock for £1400....looking for something similar  :) :)

Going to look at an MGF today, one owner from new, FSH, MOT 12 months, with 35,000 miles, for £1200. Cannot get any thing with that kind of history or Milage in the popular small cars for that price. Insurance might be high (24 years), but a 'sports car' As opposed to a boring box does have it's appeal

Might have a Ford Fiesta if you're interested. My late Mum's old car, quite old, well serviced and very low mileage, drives very nicely. The only thing is we're going through probate at the moment so it's release date is unknown but shouldn't be too long.

You'll be surprised how cheap MGFs are to insure. My wife has one and has had it for couple years now she was 25 this year and it costs £300 fully comp for the year

You bought a car together?

What next? Picking curtains and getting caught in the rain together?
