Hi all
Slight schoolboy error, forgotten which end the slightly tapered larger washer goes on the laminovas, is it end plate end or inside the manifold end.

=Laminova core = large thin washer = thicker washer = 0-ring =
Just make sure the core o-ring surface has no damages and best use some silicone lube on the o-ring...

the large thin washer is maybe 0.5mm thick, so not much of a taper there. The thicker ones sometimes are a bit 'taperisch" due to manufacturing, but fitting orientation does not matter. It's just a spacer.for the o-ring seals.

ps; you said "4 washers", but both ends of the Laminova cores are sealed the same.
So you will need 8 O-rings, 8 large thin washers and 8 thicker washers...

Yes i meant the ones in the depths of the manifold rather than the end plate ones
