Any updates in this thread?

It's a pain in the arse! 

 

We have more samples on their way - but the supplier is not the most reliable...

 

You just need to be patient, sorry. At least we haven't taken any money :P

Look forward to when these are available, my stock ones looking fine but can see on the driver's side the slightest hint of the bubbling under..

OK then a little update....

I know it’s difficult to see from the above, but we’re up to 5/6 sets of samples. The ones on the left are my old rusty OEM. The others are some of the samples that have been thus far rejected. The latest sample is much better but the length has drifted slightly and are a tad too long.

This is the latest sample fitted.

The biggest problem has been the attachment of the seal to the moulding at the end and it’s dimensions.
We want these to be at least OEM standard, hopefully better.
People probably don’t notice, but even on the new Loti they aren’t finished that well!

Please bare with us, admittedly it’s taking longer than expected and easy to blame the Wu-Flu but it has effected the process!
Hopefully have a better idea of timescales soon (ish)!
