I've been looking into the routing of fuel pipes to avoid the 'charger pulley area. I am leaning towards swapping direction of metal pipes from the rail and swapping to flexi. from there down to solid metal pipe from the filter on inlet side. Flared ends of all pipes for added security.
On the return side i was looking at using rail side with flexi. to bulkhead area and then refitting plastic pipe with fitting from other half of the standard pipework. Thus giving me two ends of solid pipe to secure to. Does this make sense? I found this method for refitting factory fittings into plastic pipe. Has anyone else tried this?
