Hi all,

So my little car (not vx) has been declared written off and we are now haggling values. God insurance companies take the p*ss.

So I will be getting myself a VX soon as I find one I want.

Can I please get some insurers names who will do limited mileage agreed value insurance on a VX possibly with mods included too.

Many thanks

Thanks. Will they include track or European cover too? At work so will call them later.

Two votes for them - even with cat cars.

And yes, Henderson Taylor include some track cover - Matt (who I think owns it) at HT is a really decent bloke to deal with. Best quote by a fair margin, too.

So far Henderson Taylor are the best but a little surprised how much the insurance is once I declare no fault accident last month and stage 4 mods (forward thinking)

Classic Line for me for the last few years. The most recent year is with an agreed value valid for 2 years. Henderson Taylor have quoted me in the past but were never competitive enough. ClassicLine policies include full European breakdown cover as standard too.

Try 1Answer although I'm not very impressed with their service and communication. They beat HT for price and cover

So far have quotes from HT and Classic line.

Competition Cars wouldn't insure me as I didn't intend to track day the car.

Any other specialists worth a try?

Going to try Adrian Flux in a sec.

Why not say you intend to, that way you at least get another quote ?
