If any of you guys are looking for a charge cooler radiator or any other radiator, I can highly recommend Coolex heat transfers in Nottingham. The help and customer service is second to none.

They made me a twin pass radiator with 22mm tails, the only other option was a pro alloy one but they only have 19mm tails and were more expensive!

Also whilst I was fitting the charge cooler rad I fitted an upgraded radiator for the engine coolant, now everything runs nice and cool. My IAT's are staying very low.

Interesting, looks like a quality bit of kit. What heat exchanger are you using? Rough idea of cost for just the pre-rad with fans?

Yep. I will second the service and products from Coolex. I met the owner and went around their facility in Notts when I bought my rad. Much cheaper and very good quality products. They do a lot of bespoke products. One to watch out for... Jon

Any info on the cooler?

What about the swirl pot and pump do they supply that to make up a full kit?

NOSBandit, how easy was it to get this set up to fit? Any modding to the rad housing above the usual level required to fit a ProAlloy charge cooler?

I would assume it's the same modding as fitting a pa one.
Here's a couple of pics of my install. I had mine done with 22mm tails on it, so the water pipe is quite big but fits perfectly in the gap between tyre arch and wing.

just searched its about £130ish for the radiator so at £570 for them both means its the same price as a pro alloy cc rad
