Yes when idling it's drawing air in. I've took pipe off and you can suck through it. Slight resistance but air getting straight through.
So that means the actuator is shot and you get boost all the time.

I've been out and removed from my car and having a look over breakfast.
If you suck on upper pipe (the one we connect to inlet) There is a slight restriction but is still drawing air in lower pipe. Placing finger over it seals fully. If you try and open using vacuum through upper, it starts to lift operation arm but after approx 1mm of movement it it loses then suction vacuum and free-flows straight through, as though something is not seating correctly inside.
Does anyone know what pressure these actuators are? Hopefully getting helped out, so that I can get on with finishing my build but looking at alternatives available here, if anyone else has a failure.

Thanks Lee. Keep in house and enjoy the Rugby as I'm up to my neck with kids homework and swimming lessons, so will struggle to get over today. Ill drop you a line later, if that's OK?
