Hey guys,
Quick sense check before I remove the rear clam. Can I change the boot hinges without removing it - I have a feeling I have to remove it sadly.

I think you don't need to...but you have to remove the 2 nuts of the clam fasteners close to the hinges. Then you should get enough flex to allow hinges removal.

I have taken off the boot lid a number of times, so I would say yes.
