Hopefully we'll be able to buy parts from a non VXR dealer now.

Stupidest rule ever!

[font="arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"]Vauxhall haven't sold the VX220 for over 10 years now and at the time parts were understandably only available from VXR approved dealerships. These dealerships are few and far between nowadays so finding parts for a VX220 from an authorised dealer is near impossible.

Who do I need to contact to ask if Vauxhall would be willing to revisit that decision so that all dealers can sell parts for a VX220?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

Not sure they even have stock of vx220 parts anymore. Didn't they sell the job lot to Liz?

Only problem is that manufacturers only have to keep parts available for 10 years after production stops.  Vauxhall didn't even do that for the VX.

All the crap manufacturers consolidate under one umbrella name - something like Europe Leyland. You can probably guess what will happen next....

All the French on strike thus holding Vauxhall to ransome.... win, erm ok. Vauxhall, the new Saab, byeeeee As for last car + 10, it's more a 'you should do this to not be assholes, it feel free to be assholes' than an actual requirement. Unless that's changed in the past 10 years

It's ok, they're allowed to as far as I'm aware?

We were not a VX220 retailer, also not a VXR8 retailer.

We've been allowed to supply VX220 parts for the last few years, just not VXR8 parts.
