Hi guys. This is a complex sale item so I'll explain what I can but I may not know all the options. Selling an M32 6 speed box and the bits you need to fit it to the vx. I The box is a mixed set of ratios, 1-5 from a corsa vxr and 6 from I think an Astra diesel. The upshot is that it's got 5 super close ratios and an overdrive 6th for cruising. The theoretical top speed being about 207mph and it takes around 1k rpm off the F23 cruise revs. The box has a bearing fault and needs a rebuild (hence why the price isnt a lot more) but there is zero metal in the oil and the car was running fine when the box was removed, it was starting to whine so I removed it before a week long Euro trip and it never went back in. Now I'm looking at taking my car in a different direction I can't see me ever fitting it. Acceleration with it fitted to my sc was RAPID!!! It comes with a fast road clutch (I think helix but can't promise. If not it'll be a courtenay Sachs) which is about 1k 'miles old and a lightened TTV flywheel. It also comes with custome length driveshafts, they look a tad rusty but it's only surface from garage storage and a quick rub down with 80grit would clean them up a treat for grease or paint. I can't take pics of the box easily because it's at QMech in Bridgend but if needs be I can drive up there. But it's a good condition box once sorted. I also have a new oil cooler from lotus and a marine oil pump which could be fitted inside the clam to cool the gearbox oil. This is the solution Hofmanns use on their Europa race car which runs 450bhp with no issues. Looking for 1000 for the lot, but it would have to be collected from Bridgend. Any questions let me know and I'll try to answer, but it's Joe's old box and Vocky put the box together so they may know more detail. Cheers, Pete.

Don't forget you also have the correct OEM Europa gearbox mounts to make this box fit the vx220

Clutch is Helix, fast road. Flywheel is a z22se / M32 TTV special build.

Should do, they both use F23 boxes, but others will know for sure.

Not directly. You'll need a different bellhousing/casing to suit the position of the starter motor on the boat anchor engine option.

Do I spy a modified shift lever in there too?

Does it use OEM cables?

The cables need adjustment but not replacement. The shifter does need to take into sccount the different reverse mechanism.

Lotus Europa shifter fits if you can still get them

No cables but you can use your own. The custom shifter shaft is included and swaps over onto your existing shift mech frame.

Possibly one of the best mods after stage 2 SC. Really want this but funds do not permit. Do you take body parts in exchange? I have a spare kidney.

I can look into it but won't be cheap I'm guessing. The shafts and plumbing bits would be 15kg on their own at a guess...

You'll be looking at about 130 on a pallet. Cheers.
