Has anyone tried these on their VX yet? I got talking to a chap who runs them on his atom and prefers them to the R888s they replaced. Just about to buy some new tyres mainly for track use and wondering if they are worth a try.

Yeah i am running ar1 rears, i only managed one track day so far with very limited sessions but initial response would be impressive, just a shame they havent released the right size fronts yet.

Great cheers I think I'll give them a try then.  I've got 16/17 Tds so was going to go for 195/16/50 fronts and 225/45/17 rears both availible on TyreLeader.

I bought mine last summer when the 195 werent available, even according to Nankang site they still arent, but good that they are now in the line up.

Just had a check, no one else seems to be listing them as available, so hopefully not an error on tyreleaders part, let us know if you order them :)

Demon Tweeks seem to be listing most sizes as available.

Yep - The scare-mongering tyre snobs were out in force in that one.

I paid just less than £500 from demon tweeks. Not much in it price wise. Between these and the A048 or the r888.

Indeed, too many bigots with commenting on things they have no experience of. :(

I remember putting some unusual tyres (can't remember what they were TBH) on my rusty old Cavalier SRi that I had back in the 80s and then suprising my landlord when I out cornered him in his expensive BMW. He was a bit annoyed.
