some useful info;

this will not work with an early oil pump - as used all z22se engines, the cut out in the oil pump is too small and it will not go together

However this will fit the later spec oil pump - B207 (2011 onwards), it slides easily through the cut out

am i correct in thinking the b207 timing chain cover and pump is the uprated pump and is a direct fit to the z22se block? but the crank pulley sprocket dimensions are a little smaller?

Im talking about the keyway inside the crank pulley, if i was at home i would just measure it, but i dont have one at work to measure. Basically.. will the b207 crank pulley fit on a z22se crank and vicea versa.

K, as soon as i get home ill just check.. I have a cracked timing case cover, and i have a b207 engine sat in the shed,, so if the crank pulley fits, i betcha the timing case / oil pump is a straight swap aswell.. I shall have a look.

they are interchangable, the only thing which might be different is the size of the cut out for the crank pulley. It is only a thou or so different, but that is enough to stop the ATI pulley from fitting.

Funny enough, im not interested in the damper pulley, I btoke my timing chain cover, just a chip, still seals etc.. and since i have a B207 here i can just swap timing covers over, and since its got a better/more durable oil pump then its a bonus.,
