Got myself a new Bell helmet, but now my helmet hit the hardtop even more than the old helmet I was using.  Which results in some neck pains after a trackday due to the awkward position I need to drive LOL.  :angry2:  :angry2:

I've been thinking about buying some Tillet seats for a while now but I'm wondering if the B6F lowers the riding position by some inches... Anyone driving with a B6F seat?

Cheap way to sit lower is to fit an S1 seat

i had same problem as you Denthrax, i run a tillet b5 with the motorsport mounts directly to the chassis, so no seat slider for me. i reckon i have it as low as it can possibly go now.

im 6"2 with a tall body buti know fit in with my helmet with the roof on.

it is a lot harder getting in and out of the car now though lol

I  guess these have lower mounting rails than?

Fixed seats isn't a problem, and if that worked for you I will surely for me as I'm 6'1. Was it ever easy getting out of the car ? :D

Currently my option at dry days, but not that nice when it's pissing out there lol

You don't get wet once moving, just do track days that have garages

There was a thread on here somewhere recently about moving a spacer from the front bolts to the rear (or the other way around) which lowered the seat ~10mm. I cant find it now but worth a search, seemed an easy mod.

You could try a fixed mount. Guess that would work

Also. I used to fit the soft top and remove the support bar drivers side then I could just about fit with a helmet on
