have travelled Monday morning on euro tunnel and didn't realised how close the guy behind me was ,when i filled the car in calais i discover that and look like to me scratches from the number plate ,i have email customers relation on Monday but no reply yet and wondering if they could accept liability.....any advice 

the car was spotless on my way to live and havent stop anywhere a part from euro tunnel ......

i know plus i was just park before the camera (front)   this is pissing me off and specially i was in a super mood when i came back because i was park close again so i move the car forward ....lol

plus only one toilets in service and no paper to dry your hand 

oh well time to take the ferry ,i am getting use to it by now

fair point but i do know my car after 15 years and will demonstrate to them this is a scratch when the car was travelling ..

I have to say you are far more likely to get damaged on the ferry though.
