Hi All,

My name is Sam and I've just put a deposit down on a red VX220 which shall become my new daily driver (I must be crazy to do that) only had a brief drive in the car before putting the deposit down as it has a coolant leak from the bleed nipple? but that's getting fixed before I take it on in 1-2 weeks

looking forwards to owning a driving a VX and hopefully I've not made a bad decision on the daily driver side of things but I just can't stand driving something dull and boring

Regards,

Sam

They appear to be quick on the ball and have removed the autotrader advert already but luckily still able to get 1 of the pics

it's very tidy, didn't see any paint bubbling that I've read can be common

Looks like you've got some good options added to that one if his profile is anything to go by (fezzasus heater for one)

does he still frequent the forum? as I'd love to get the hard top

as for this heater, is that any better than the standard one as I've read that its rather pathetic for demisting

Welcome Sam,

Looks V good in the picture thumbsup

Ask them if they are changing the hose or just tightening it up.... Bit of a weak spot, second only to the radiator and bit of a ball ache to change yourself unless you've got small hands/long fingers!

I'm sure you'll love it.
