There are no tubby or NA specific wheelarch liners, but there are two versions available
Later versions have a rubber seal on the edge next to the wheelarch and earlier versions do not.
However they will fit either car.
I have the later rubber seal versions on my NA

Also speedster ones are different to vx220 units
