I have a fully working set up for an NA, good to ~400bhp. Includes: z22se forged engine, ECU (etun), ignition COP, fuel system (with pressure regulator), custom intake and exhaust manifold with 3" straight exhaust (heat wrapped), garrett gt2871r (with turbo blanket and manual boos control), K&N air filter, huge intercooler, all pipe works to connect oil/water to turbo, pipework for the intercooler, etc, so basically ideal for someone just to drop the whole lot in. The intercooler placing though requires cutting the rear clam and also the exhaust manifold to cut the boot (my solution was to move the boot wall in about 2 inches so it kinda in level with the lock to save the boot space). I would sell this lot as a complete set if any interest: 3500GBP.

More details: z22se fully forged: The engine barely run 1.4K Km to bed  it. Then initial mapping was in progress, boost was set to ~0.6bar and was to smooth out some areas where it was too rich. Brand new stuff: forged internals and bearings, gt2871r, pipings, initercooler, so same ~1.4K Km. The engine block and the valves/valve springs covered ~101K Km, the schrick cams ~50K Km. So tried to more or less include here what each part (that i could recall) might cost in GBP: z22se block -- 100 z22se crankshaft -- 140 cracnkshaft house - 30 sump -- 25 fully ported SAAB B207 head -- 250 schrick cams -- 500 wiseco piston kit (standard size) -- 400 Eagle rods (with ARP) -- 400 ARP head studs -- 70 new cam chain -- 75 ACL or KING rod bearings (cannot remember which one we built in) -- 20 oem GM main bearings -- 75 external trigger wheel (can be removed, later on it was superfluous for me as well but left it on) balancers removed under piston oil squirts some miscellaneous stuff: 6 paddle sintered clutch  -- 130 tubular exhaust manifold + exhaust, full stainless steel + flexible part + mounting + heatwrap 220 intercooler + pipework stainless steel where possible + silicon bends + mounting 200 garrett gt2871r + blanket -- 600 ~88mm throttle body (i think it came from a BMW)  -- 80 alloy intake manifold -- 50 BMW COP ignition -- 170 champion c53 plugs -- 35 siemens deka 630cc injectors -- 100 alloy coolant header tank -- 20 walbro 255l fuel pump -- 40 fuel pressure regulator -- 30 manual boost controller -- 30 blow off valve -- 60 wideband lambda sensor -- 60 etun ECU -- 500 powerflex poly inserts (bottom engin mount rear and front) -- 35 plus a lot of odd bits like consoles, sealings, gaskets etc etc. As i hit the curb and the railings and due to that left side of the car is damaged, after lot of thinking decided to see if there is any interest for the major undamaged and usable parts. For this whole lot i am looking for 3500GBP as a set. Though no idea how much the shipping were.. here you can find some pics to see how it all fit: https://drive.google...VnRuc2Q2YUU3c2s and here you can see the damaged car: https://drive.google...TkNGSlVwaGNid0k

hello Vocky

i cannot really assess whether chassis bent or not, neither how much the fiber work would cost. and in past 3 months i found no local resources to asses and repair i would trust...more, even none i would not trust..

The box section support brace piece has snapped, but hardly worth scrapping a car over. You could bond a new piece across the top or leave it.

Obviously you would need to mention it to a new owner, but it would not effect the drive.

a few wishbones, a couple of days fibreglass repairs and a bit of paint should see that back on the road

In the UK that could be fixed for £600 + paint, if you did the work yourself

If the glued-in wishbone mounting points are not affected I would indeed repair that piece of box section if it was my own car.

(in that 2005 sport Exige project car they even cut those box top sections out on purpose to create more wishbone lever room; http://www.seriouswh...on-1024x768.htm )

ok, thanks for the info, i will see if i can get it checked thoroughly.

the problem is which maybe not reflecting quite obviously on the pics that the letft door fibre shell also snapped in depth of the door. though thats again "just" fiberglass work..

bare vx220 doors are cheap, £100 maximum

The Batman has a bare spare door for that side, but your one does look repairable.

worst case four secondhand wishbones, £75-£100 each

secondhand rear tie bar - £75

front clam should repair quite easily

I have the obviously damaged parts, but not sure if eg uprights, steering rack etc that cannot be seen without stripping the car has any damage. i drove it home after the impact but the screws connecting the front left upright -i guess- to the steering linkage gave up eventually. might be only the 2 screws though, but it would be clear only after trying to reassemble it.

Sorry to see that. Honestly hope you decide to rebuild. If you do decide to strip the car I would be interested in the turbo.
