Need some of the collective's wisdom.

99% sure my standard manifold is cracked. VX is going in the garage shortly for a few bits and have asked that they fit a replacement manifold. I currently have a 2bular cat (inclusive) back system so need something that is going to fit without being a massive ball ache. Ideally would like to finish the stainless system so not another OEM manifold.

Tullet or Milltek? or other?

Not looking at having a custom fabricated one. Standard n/a so no s/c systems.

Thanks :)

When I thought mine was cracked the garage found that it was just a broken stud, so they had to drill that out but kept the same manifold. Given the Tullet is big bucks, worth checking...

I lucked into a thorny 4-1 and after a relearn on the dutch it helped the midrange noticeably. The only downer was it also upped the db level as anyone who's seen my car will tell lol. I can't offer anything on the alternative options above but as a rule of thumb a manifold is a really good way to unlock torque.

Well looks like a tullet it is then.

Eliseparts item has exact same description as tullets website, take it they are the same thing? Is it worth having it wrapped with heat wrapping?
