Are house prices that unattainable in S.Wales now that the Severn bridges will become free?! :P

On a slightly more serious note though, you S.Walers will probably see quite a price hike on your properties now. Jammy gits.

Yep, think I could drive her into it :)  You don't want to buy a tent do you?  Need the space in my pathetic single garage :)

About time Wales got something from the government :)

Well the Welsh did overwhelmingly vote for Brexit (thus ensuring they no longer got their hundreds of millions in subsidies), so maybe they don't want any UK govt handouts ?!

Back to topic I'd advise you visit a few dealers or go a big dealer show, caravan layout is important especially if you have kids. Think of your own privacy, where the kids will sleep. I've a 4 berth with a fixed double bed, we sleep in the front and the kids in the fixed bed. Seems to work for us while the kids are young but can't see it lasting. Also make sure if your buying secondhand make sure it has full service history and check the service reports thoroughly for any signs of damp throughout its history. Badly maintained caravans can cost you your holiday, you always see loads with wheels dropping off or brakes sticking. Although a seemingly easy purchase keep your eyes wide open, if I can help you with anything else pm me. Cheers

Thanks Tibbles.

Yes, we've seen a few and know which layout works for us.

I'll definitely be checking the history for any mention of damp, also any evidence of damp/repairs inside.

I'm assuming the service should be annually?

Yeah supposed to be annually, it's a pricey thing too. Dealers charge 200 plus but little specialist's less, I pay 145. Which I think is extortionate but hey, it helps guarantee my holiday is not a failure 👍
