Are house prices that unattainable in S.Wales now that the Severn bridges will become free?!
On a slightly more serious note though, you S.Walers will probably see quite a price hike on your properties now. Jammy gits.

Well the Welsh did overwhelmingly vote for Brexit (thus ensuring they no longer got their hundreds of millions in subsidies), so maybe they don't want any UK govt handouts ?!

Yes, we've seen a few and know which layout works for us.
I'll definitely be checking the history for any mention of damp, also any evidence of damp/repairs inside.
I'm assuming the service should be annually?
