So the pulley came off the power steering / water pump on the way to work this morning, quick ad on the local Facebay site and I got £235 for the Mondeo. Genuinely sad to see her go, 13,000 tough miles it served as a great recreational car, I used it for boating, kayaking, mountain biking it took it all in its stride and cost me about £100 over a years ownership.
The scrap guy said it was so nice inside he was going to repair it and keep it on the road lol, 240,000 miles and still going strong, long live the Deo!
Looking forward to collecting the Type R on Saturday though!
