Hi guys,

I recently posted asking advice on my new motor and someone asked why the Evora wasn't on the list.

Well I went off and researched the Evora and am now having a little bit of trouble getting the damn thing out of my mind, so much so that I have actually been to look at one and.....................................I LOVE IT !

I was offered a test drive but didn't have enough time and was miles away from home so all I need to know is one thing really, will it give me as many thrills as my VXT ?

Not as lightweight I know and the power to weight may be a little less but I have heard they are epic to drive, anyone got any real world experience ?

I will pop over to the lotus chaps but they will obviously be biased.

thanks all

Gibbo.

Ive got an Evora and a Vx220 and I bloody well love the them both. The VX220 is the girl with tattos who throws you against the wardrobe as you make wild passionate love. The Evora is the high class totty that just never stops giving you satisfaction. Go drive one and just do it.

Amen to that brother! (so long as the VX isnt a lardy arsed tubby!)

To put things in perspective, at this years National Foxy was in his N/A Evora and he must have been within the top 5 fastest cars on track. I think he destroyed a set of expensive tyres in the process but it just goes to show what they are capable of in the right hands.

And discs and pads! To be fair to Michelin I think the Cup 2s are sensitive to camber and pressure. I didnt have enough -ve camber and ran the pressures too low. Youre right though, the Evora is epic on track just dont expect to run it on a fiver
