Like a lot of people on here, the black sills (especially on the drivers side) have cracked badly over time.

 

I have planned for ages to replace them, but never got around to it.

 

Ultimate Carbon used to make carbon fibre ones, which i was going to get, but these are no longer available.

 

There is a thread in the group buy room for some, but this has been running since June and nothing has materialized yet (despite a lot of interest)

 

Does anyone know if i have any other options? Happy to pay good money if someone has any available (unlikely)

 

I don't really want to wait forever for them, as there is a growing list of bodywork issues that i want to get it booked in for and i was going to get the bodyshop to fit these also.

 

Any Elise replacements that will fit?

i wrapped mine in leather after having the same problem as you.   i think the result is pretty good.

I just did the same as Quimbles wrapped them black leather with red stiching and think they look great :-) I fibre glassed up the broken bits and sanded them smooth before covering and you would not know they had ever been broken :-)
