My wheels finally arrived 18"x8" front 18x9" Rear :-) very pleased with them and handling seems not much different so far but only had a Quick drive so far.

What profile tires did you get

Front are 215 40 18 and rear are 225 40 18 but could have easy gone 235 40 18 on the rear :-)

Was this just for looks? Whats the weight penalty?

Mainly for looks but there is no weight penalty for the fronts as they about a 5lbs lighter per corner than the standard wheels the rears are about 2-3lbs heavy than the standards so a small difference there. :-)
