Just a quick one in case anyone is thinking of fitting these to an NA (I don't think there is a version for turbo).

 

I got the following info from Eibach UK and Eibach DE.

 

The spring number ending VA is for the front, 9 mm diameter progressive rate

 

and HA is for the rear 10 mm diameter liner rate

 

The reason I post is that the fronts are longer than the rears until they are pre loaded. It would be easy to automatically fit the longer (but much softer) springs to the rear............

First run out in the Peak District with this set up. Plus I swapped the 205 x 40 AD08R fronts for 195 x 50 NS-2R's.

 

Roads were greasy but car was nailed into the tarmac.

 

Ride quality improved over Gaz springs and dampers.

 

Very little body roll.

 

Ride height is now circa 110/120, it was lower previously.

I expect extra profile on the fronts and closer to correct ride height are likely to to have helped improve things.
