If anyone is coming down pop over for a chat, giving the 7 a shakedown and trying to learn the circuit.

Cool might see you there Chris. It's supposed to rain in the morning and dry up in the afternoon which is exactly what I want. It means I can get some experience in both conditions hopefully getting on the dry pace by the end of the day.

An oil scoop would be more useful. Someone dropped oil on the sighting laps.

Just finished sighting, proper sloppy still. Cant tell if it is from oil or just water. Good to see you Chris.

If it's dry you can put dust down, if it's wet it gets washed away. If it's just damp you can' do anything.

Happened at bedford and they let us out and said to be careful. It was lethal.

They basically jet washed it onto the grass. Got some good sessions at the end of the day and I hit my dry lap target so not too bad a day all things considered. Some of the curbs were still wet at the end of the day, i tried to use the exit curb Out of Cascades and had a mighty spin, managed to keep it on the black stuff tho :)

Yeah they are mega, they lock up a bit until they get some heat in but once warm are great. I'd set a target of mid 1:57s which meant I wouldn't be dead last in my class. I recon if the curbs were fully usable and I'd had another few sessions I'd be into the high 1:55s which would see me mid table. Great track for 7s btw, very technical lots of big balls sections.

How's your consisency? Did you get a decent flow of laps?

The first few corners are going to be fun. If I can I'll try and come over on the 17th.

Pretty good within a session but every session was getting faster as the track rubbered in. Would be good to see you there Mark, you can give me some pre race advice.
