Hi everybody.

Just parted company with my Westfield Hayabusa Turbo after 3 years of fun ( weather dependant ).

I have decided the VX is the next step.

My budget will be around £12,000.

Cheers Peter

Hello, I’m in Teesside and work in Sunderland so not a million miles away. Have to ask - what’s a Hayabusa Turbo like in a Westie?? And why has no one fitted one to a VX yet...? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi Peter, I went the other way from VX to Caterham but mainly as I rarely used the VX on the road only on track.

The reason no one has Busa'd a VX yet is due to the weight of the car. A Busa Westie will be circa 450kg where a VX would be circa double that.

Hi , the Westy was rapid to 100mph , especially with no clutch up shift. Like Steve says the weight is the big advantage. There is 10 to 15 of us who , weather permitting blatt on weekends, so mainly road use. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

That's what radical do in the sr8, wouldn't fit in the VX without a major redesign and the crate engines are £25k
