If it's a Zafira gearbox, it will fit an NA yes.

The right way to tell if it fits is by the gearbox ident code. SG or AQ are the right codes for the 4,17 with the right bellhousing iirc. I think XY also from the z22yh astra.

XY is for dual mass flywheel, so will need bellhousing changed to fit a vx220

Shorter final drive (about 5% shorter than NA gearbox, and 15% shorter than VXT gearbox). Provides shorter effective gearing for quicker in-gear acceleration.

Gives you a bit more low down oomph. Especially good out of corners if you use the car on track

if you could only do a single mod to a standard vx220 then the 4.17 final drive gearbox would be my first choice
